I bought this from beautifulbrowsandlashes.us, i don’t know... I was expecting a bit more for the price. The quality was fine, I guess, but nothing that really stood out or made me feel like it was worth what I paid. Maybe I had my expectations too high, but I’ve bought similar stuff before that felt better. Anyway, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I have sensitive skin, so I was hoping for more clear info about possible irritation or whether patch testing is recommended. Not saying it’s a scam, but the lack of details made me feel a little unsure about using it. I’d probably be careful if your skin reacts easily. Only giving it 2 stars.

Well... the range felt small to me, and I couldn't really find much of what I was looking for.

I was really excited to try this lash lift, but it just didn’t work out for me. My lashes came out looking uneven, with one side noticeably more curled than the other, and the lift didn’t last long at all. It started dropping quickly, which was frustrating because I was hoping for a much better result. i left feeling disappointed and a little bummed, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I ordered from beautifulbrowsandlashes.us and the delivery was much later than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself and just kind of wonder what was going on. It was annoying. I don’t know, maybe it was a one-off thing, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

My brows looked nice when I first put it on. They had a fuller, more polished look, which I liked. But this is where it got annoying, the hold just didn’t last as long as I was hoping. After a while, they didn’t stay in place as well. It’s not a bad product, just kind of average for me.

The site looks nice enough and I liked that they had the kind of brow and lash products I was looking for, but actually getting around wasn’t great. Pages loaded slowly, the menu felt awkward, and I had to tap through too many places just to find basic info. Checkout also could’ve been smoother. Maybe it works better on a laptop, but the mobile experience definitely needs some work.

The training was okay, but I felt a bit lost at times. I would've liked more hands-on practice instead of just going through the info. It felt kind of like when you start learning something new and expect more examples, but..

The products themselves were totally fine, so no complaints there. The part that let me down a bit was trying to get support. I sent a message and ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. When I finally got a reply, it felt like they were trying to move through it quickly, and my question still wasn’t really answered. I had to reach out again, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t say the support side left the best impression.

I’m not saying it’s a bad product, but for my salon it was just too limited. We stay busy, and I need something that can keep up without making things harder. Maybe it works fine for smaller setups, but it wasn’t right for us.

My order arrived fine in the end, but the shipping took kinda longer than I expected. I didn’t really get many updates for a few days, so I was a little unsure what was going on. The products were okay once they got here. Not a terrible experience, I just kinda wish it had been quicker.

The application was easy overall, but it did take me a couple tries to get through it. Some of the instructions could definitely be clearer. I also kind of felt like just a ticket number in the process, not really like someone was paying attention to the actual person applying

I bought this brow lamination kit it felt cheap right out of the box. The bottles had these weird caps, and one of them had leaked a little, which was annoying. I was hoping it would leave my brows looking smooth and set, but they ended up feeling dry and kind of crispy instead. The smell was also way stronger than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something, but for the price, I definitely expected better. I wouldn’t buy it again

The box arrived all crushed and messy, and it made me feel kind of pressured to check everything right away in case something was damaged. Not really what I was expecting

So far, it seems fine and I haven’t had any real issues. I’m still feeling it out a bit, so I’m not totally sure yet, but it’s been okay up to this point.

Am I the only one who feels like the things I actually need are always out of stock? I went in hoping to grab a few specific items, but once again they weren’t available. It’s frustrating when it keeps happening

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. At this point, it feels like whoever is handling returns just dropped the ball on my case. I’ve done my part, so it’s frustrating having to chase down money that should’ve been refunded already.

I emailed customer service, but I still haven’t gotten a real fix yet, just waiting around. Frustrating, honestly
